High Flux Tube Product Description:
High Flux Tubes are capable of largely enhancing heat transfer efficiency in the nucleate boiling regime. A porous metal layer or matrix is bonded metallurgically to the heat-transfer surface. Saturated liquid is drawn into the layer by capillary action and vaporizes from the extremely large number of stable generation sites which exist in the structure. Boiling side heat transfer coefficients of 10-30 times that of bare tubes can be achieved, resulting in an overall heat transfer improvement of 2-4 times that of bare tubes. They exist another excellent feature that the tubes are not prone to fouling due to the extremely active boiling surface.
The use of High Flux tubes allows reduced exchanger surface area and/or lower utility consumption, resulting in substantial savings in capital and operating costs.
High Flux Tube(Copper High Flux Tubes) Manufacturing Process:
Sintered high flux tube is a highly efficient heat exchange tube with a specific structure on the surface of ordinary heat exchange tube, which is sintered by powder metallurgy method.Sintered high flux tube is a new product combining metal powder sintered method and machining technology.
Sprayed high flux tube is one type of high flux tubes, with porous coating outside.The coating on sprayed high flux tube is formed by spraying guns which melt and spray the compound of Ni-wrapped Al powder and pore-forming materials.
Machined high flux tube is a kind of high efficient heat transfer tubes manufactured by rolling process of bare tubes, the structural features are a series of spiral-ring T type tunnel, which are formed in the outer surface of the tube.
