High Flux Tube Product Description:

High Flux Tube is a new product combining sintered method and machining technology. They can improve heat transfer coefficient of the inside and outside tubes , thus they can significantly improve overall heat transfer coefficient of tubes. They solve the current problem that heat transfer coefficient increased only on one side of heat transfer enhancement, while the total heat transfer efficiency is still low. They greatly improve the efficiency of the heat transfer tubes and heat exchangers.

Sintered high flux tube is a highly efficient heat exchange tube with a specific structure on the surface of ordinary heat exchange tube, which is sintered by powder metallurgy method. The concave hole of the surface porous layer is communicated with each other, and the boiling heat transfer can be enhanced obviously, and the heat transfer effect can be increased by more than 20 times. This is so far for heat transfer coefficient of the highest pipe type heat transfer element, especially applicable to alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, such as Freon medium.

High Flux Tube(Copper High Flux Tubes) Manufacturing Process:

Sintered high flux tube is a highly efficient heat exchange tube with a specific structure on the surface of ordinary heat exchange tube, which is sintered by powder metallurgy method.Sintered high flux tube is a new product combining metal powder sintered method and machining technology.

Sprayed high flux tube is one type of high flux tubes, with porous coating outside.The coating on sprayed high flux tube is formed by spraying guns which melt and spray the compound of Ni-wrapped Al powder and pore-forming materials.

Machined high flux tube is a kind of high efficient heat transfer tubes manufactured by rolling process of bare tubes, the structural features are a series of spiral-ring T type tunnel, which are formed in the outer surface of the tube.

High Flux Tube(Stainless Steel Flux Tubes) Advantages:

1.The thermal conductivity is 10 times as high as that of the ordinary smooth tube

The heat transfer coefficient of sintered surface porous tube can be more than 10 times that of smooth tube. Improving the heat transfer effect by a large margin, reducing the heat transfer surface area by about half, or adopting the same heat transfer area can greatly increase the heat transfer effect and increase the load.

2.Keep the nucleate boiling under small temperature difference

At the same heat flux, the effective temperature difference required by the porous tube is only 1/10-1/15 of that of the ordinary smooth tube.

3.Critical heat flux density is more than 2 times as high as that of ordinary smooth tube

It can delay the occurrence of membrane boiling and improve the load and safety performance.
