High Flux Tube Product Description:

Shell-and-tube Heat Exchanger is always the main heat exchanger used in the industry, and the High Flux Tube heat exchanger is the most important high-efficiency heat exchanger at present, the core component is high flux tube. The heat transfer coefficient of sintered with surface porous high flux tube is 10 times higher than that of ordinary smooth tube, and its effective temperature difference is only 1 / 7 ~ 1 / 8 of that of ordinary smooth tube. The anti-scaling performance of smooth tube can be effectively improved by sintering porous surface. Moreover, the heat load of high flux tube can be reduced on the one side, and the heat transfer capacity can be improved on the other hand. In large heat exchange system, because of the requirement of small temperature difference, the quantity demand of reboilers and evaporators is very large. In this case, the number of reboilers and evaporators can be reduced by 3 / 4, while the requirement of temperature difference ΔT is only 5. Using high flux tube instead of traditional smooth tube can eliminate the bottleneck of heat transfer, meet the demand of larger heat transfer load and significantly increase the output. At the same time, it can reduce the cost consumption while maintaining the design efficiency.

Sintered high flux tube is a highly efficient heat exchange tube with a specific structure on the surface of ordinary heat exchange tube, which is sintered by powder metallurgy method.Sintered high flux tube is a new product combining metal powder sintered method and machining technology.

Sprayed high flux tube is one type of high flux tubes, with porous coating outside.The coating on sprayed high flux tube is formed by spraying guns which melt and spray the compound of Ni-wrapped Al powder and pore-forming materials.

Machined high flux tube is a kind of high efficient heat transfer tubes manufactured by rolling process of bare tubes, the structural features are a series of spiral-ring T type tunnel, which are formed in the outer surface of the tube.
