Integral High Finned Tube Product Description:
The Copper & Copper alloy high finned tube is integrally extended for the maximum surface area to achieve high tube efficiency.A good finned tube can be made by the strict conditions such as copper density, grain size and hardness.The heat transfer ratio of this high finned tube is about 8~9 times higher than other plain copper tube.
Integral High Finned Tube(Aluminum Fin Tube) Manufacturing Process:
The fins are rolled out from the wall of the tubes and hence are integral with the tube. As the fins are formed from the base tube by rolling out material from its wall, the wall thickness under the finned section is reduced compared to the wall thickness at plain ends. Thus, the tube thickness of unfinned section shall be machined down to the same as the finned section. These fin tubes can be manufactured from most tubular materials and the hardness of the material usually determines the finning code or fin profile. The tubes shall be heated up to a certain condition helps to eliminate the possibility of fin cracking.
