Integral Low Finned Tube Product Description:
Low Fin Integral Low Fin Tube is a particular working on the tube by direct extrusion, that increase the surface, and improve the thermical performance of the Heat Exchanger without changing or increase the shell size. Integral Low Fin is supplied straight and/or U tubes bended as Thelma R, annealed in U Bent zone, and hydro-tested after bending. We also can supply fin tubes with skipped fin sections in the baffle points where there is the possibilities of vibrations in the heat exchanger.
Low Finned Tube Manufacturing Process:
The Tube and Fin are in same material. After rolling process, the outer surface of tube is formed with thread, which makes the finned tube have a higher heat transfer capacity.
Integral Low Finned Tube(Copper Finned Tube) Advantages:
Increased surface area for heat transfer, smaller heat exchanger, less number of heat exchangers, reduced equipment and installation cost, debottlenecking existing heat exchangers, upgrading to corrosion resistant alloys without sacrificing heat transfer efficiency, and reduced fouling (in some cases).
