Fin Tube Coil Product Description：
Integral Fin Tube Coils are manufactured out of copper tubes. The tube out of which the Fin Tube coils are manufactured are 15.875 mm and 19.05 mm OD with 11 FPI, 19 FPI & 26 FPI having 1.00 to 2.80 mm Fin Height.We manufacture the coil having smallest inner diameter of 30 mm and the maximum diameter can be as big as 500 mm. These fin tube coils are available up to a maximum developed length of 8 Meters, with single tube start or double tube start of equal lengths. Copper Fin Tube Coils are available either in bare conditions on duly bright nickel plated to avoid direct contact of Sulphur Content (if any) in the Oil with Copper.These fin tube coils find applications in Oil Coolers, Inter-Coolers, After-Coolers, Hydraulic Coolers, Air Blast Oil Coolers, Coolant Chillers, Heat Exchangers, Immersion Re-cooling Units, Refrigerated Oil Chilling Plants, etc.

We can produce helical coils ranging from micro fin tube to large diameters according to customer’s requirement, including bare tubing, cone shaped and double wrap coil.We can handle any tube bending project.The finned tubing can be twisted and bent into numerous shapes. By forming a tube length into a U-shape, circle, square, or serpentine configuration, limited space is utilized rather than being wasted.
